Shift Tracking System — /shift

• Personal Panel: /shift manage opens an interactive card with real-time status and Start, Break, End action buttons.
• Shift Types Support: Select shift type upon start (with dedicated duty roles, log channels, and prefixes).
• Break Tracking: Time spent on break is automatically excluded from total duty hours.
• Statistics and Quotas: /shift time displays total hours, average duration, and quota completion based on individual role quotas.
• Leaderboards and Reports: /shift leaderboard with top-3 medals and text file export, /shift history @user, and /shift activity across any period with leave and reduced activity markers.
• Administration: /shift admin @user — force start/end shifts, adjust time manually (“1h 30m”), void shifts, and clear logs.
• Staff Limits: Configurable maximum number of concurrent on-duty staff members.

Leaves and Reduced Activity

• Submitting Applications: /loa submit and /ra submit commands with selectable durations (from 1 to 90 days) and reason inputs.
• In-Discord Review: Application cards with member history arrive in the management channel with Approve / Deny buttons (denial reason mandatory).
• Automated Role Management: Leave and reduced activity roles are granted upon approval and automatically removed every 5 minutes upon expiration; DM notifications sent.
• Shift Integration: Starting shifts is blocked during leaves; time quotas are reduced to 50% during reduced activity status.
• Management: /loa admin and /ra admin commands for manual role grants, extensions, and early terminations.

Direct Message Consent — /consent

• Toggle for receiving direct messages from the bot (shift summaries, disciplinary notifications, and personnel orders).

Unified Personnel Management Panel — /manage

• Interactive /manage @member profile replacing disparate commands:
  • Hire into a department with rank and prefix selection;
  • Promote / Demote with recorded reasons;
  • Transfer between divisions or factions;
  • Dismiss (regular discharge or blacklist with custom/permanent duration);
  • Prefix Management and early blacklist revocations.
• Automatic order numbering (№00000001), logging to designated channels, and DM delivery to the affected member.

Disciplinary System and Suspensions — /punishment

• Unified /punishment @member panel for disciplinary enforcement.
• Escalation Tiers: Configurable violation types linked to escalation tier roles (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3…).
• Automation: Rules such as “3 warnings → 1 reprimand for 1 month”.
• Auto-Removal: Punishment roles are automatically stripped upon expiration.
• Suspensions: Assigning suspension role, sending explanatory statement forms via DM (48h deadline, text + up to 5 files), and forwarding statements to the designated review channel.

Emergency Moderation Calls — Modcalls

• /mod reason from Discord and :mod reason directly inside ER:LC Roblox chat.
