Server Data Cleanup

What is This?

/server manage is a secure administrative panel for complete server data resets. It allows you to safely wipe accumulated bot records: shift histories, orders, leave records, and rank assignments. When to use it:
  • starting a new season or undergoing a major faction restructure;
  • cleaning up records of a departed employee;
  • purging legacy entries skewing statistics and leaderboards.

How to Access

Accessible only to members holding roles specified in “Access Permissions” (“Config Roles”). The panel consists of five pages.

Panel Pages

Introduction

Brief overview of capabilities and cautionary warnings regarding data removal.

Leaves and Reduced Activity

  • purge pending requests;
  • wipe complete leave history;
  • wipe complete reduced activity history.

Departments

  • reset all department data: prefixes and display settings;
  • delete records for a specific individual user.

Ranks

  • purge all promotions, demotions, transfers, and hirings;
  • unbind ranks from all users;
  • or perform targeted rank resets for a single selected user.

Shifts

  • purge all / completed / active shifts;
  • purge shifts belonging to a specific shift type.
Active shifts are terminated gracefully: the bot removes the on-duty and break roles, strips the nickname prefix, and sends a DM summary to the employee. No one is left stuck in an active shift state.

Accidental Deletion Safeguards

The panel is engineered with multi-layered safety mechanisms:
  1. Bulk actions are highlighted with explicit red danger buttons.
  2. Before execution, you must manually type the confirmation phrase: I AM READY TO DELETE DATA.
  3. Panel sessions expire after 15 minutes and respond only to the invoking administrator.
  4. Every wipe action is recorded in audit log channels.
Purged data cannot be recovered. When in doubt, start by testing cleanup on a single user rather than executing a full database reset.
