Setting Up Log Channels

What is This?

Logs are automated records of all administration actions and configuration updates. They provide full transparency: any leader can verify who performed an action and when. This page configures two types of audit logs:
  1. Server Logs and Command Audit — logs bot configuration changes via /configure and /server manage, shift admin actions (/shift admin), and more.
  2. Channel Move Logs — records when channels or categories are moved or rearranged on the server (position changes, parent category updates).

How to Configure

  1. Open /configure → navigate to the “Log Channels” page.
  2. In the first menu, select up to 25 text channels for server and command audit logs.
  3. In the second menu, select channels for channel movement logs.
Tip: Create a private “Logs” category with dedicated channels for different categories and assign 2–3 channels in each menu so records are well-organized and never lost among chat messages.

Module-Specific Log Channels

In addition to this page, individual modules have their own dedicated log channels configured in their respective sections:
Each log entry is formatted as a clean embed card with timestamps, avatars, and clear color coding for easy reading at scale.
