PSC Rules

Section A — General Provisions

  • A-1 — All PSC players are subject to the main rules of the Moscow Rp server regardless of the situation. Any actions that contradict the main server rules and are not specified in these (PSC) rules are a violation.
  • A-2 — If you want to log in as your PSC character and roleplay as them, you must set a prefix at the DMV building near the spawn.
    • If you do not have a prefix, it is considered that your character is not a member of this PSC.
    Example prefix: USEC I Alexander
    • The first word must be the name of your PSC, and the second must be either your callsign in the PSC or any other text.
  • A-3 — The maximum number of PSC members on the server at the same time is 6 people.
    Attention: Any circumvention of the concurrent online limit (any attempt to bypass this restriction is punishable by server rules).
    • A PSC may have two offices, which the owner must designate (postal code + building number). Offices must be structures (buildings or houses).

  • A-4 — The territory assigned to a PSC is its primary location. Leaving its boundaries without a valid reason is prohibited.
    • A-4.1 — Patrol for PSC employees is only allowed on the territory assigned to the PSC and the client’s territory.
  • A-5 — A PSC may not create conflict situations with government structures, stage rebellions, or start inter-faction wars.
  • A-6 — The use of uniforms or insignia that imitate government services (Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSB, etc.) is prohibited.
  • A-7 — Use of weapons is only permitted in cases of direct threat to the life or property of clients.
  • A-8 — Maximum number of reprimands and warnings: 3. Upon reaching the maximum number of reprimands and warnings, the following sanctions may be applied to the PSC:
    • Dissolution
    • Temporary freeze of the PSC
  • A-8.1 — The Civil Operations Manager / Management may dissolve a PSC without warnings.
    Note: PSC employees can play both on the police side and on the civilian side.
