Business Rules
Section A — Business Registration
- A-1 — Registration process. To apply for opening a business, you must submit two applications: via Google Forms and in a special Discord channel.
- A-2 — Licensing. A Business License is mandatory for operation.
- A-2.1 — A business license can be purchased at the system store. The purchase cost is 15,000.
- A-3 — Any requests to expedite the application review are prohibited. Harassing the Civil Operations Manager may result in immediate removal of the application and revocation of the license.
- A-4 — It is forbidden to occupy the territories of other businesses or factions without permission from the management.
Section B — General Provisions
- B-1 — All businesses are subject to the main rules of the Moscow RolePlay server regardless of the situation. Official Business status does not grant any leniency for violating them.
- B-2 — A business is considered official only after the application is approved by the Civil Operations Manager and it is added to the online business table.
Note: If your business is not in the online table, open a support ticket on the main server.
- B-3 — Security and PSC. A business has the right to hire security. This is formalized by an IC contract and agreement with the Civil Operations Manager.
- B-3.1 — Interaction with OCGs. A business can buy protection from an official OCG. This is formalized by an IC contract and agreement with the Civil Operations Manager.
- B-3.2 — Security guards are not allowed to openly carry heavy weapons (rifles, special equipment) without a security license.
- B-5 — Limits: One player may own no more than 2 businesses. Transfer of a business to third parties is permitted only through the Civil Operations Manager/City Hall.
- B-6 — Activity: The owner must visit their business and open it for players at least 3 hours per week. Otherwise, the business may be fined/closed.
- B-7 — Business closure and license revocation are carried out by the decision of the Civil Operations Manager in case of inactivity for more than 14 days, or for systematic violations of server rules.
