Leader Rules

A. General Rules

  • A-1 — The term of office for a leader is 30 days; for a leader in the Government (IC, Prosecutor’s Office, Government) — 45 days.
Note: This rule is temporarily not in effect or is in effect with restrictions.
  • A-2 — Failure to perform duties results in being placed on the leader blacklist (BL).
  • A-3 — Warning/reprimand removal system (at the discretion of the Fraction Manager):
    • Removal of one warning for high activity (no more than once a week).
    • Removal of one warning/reprimand for a promotional video or active term (once per term).
  • A-4 — Upon successful completion of a term, the leader may be renewed.
  • A-5 — The limit for continuous leadership in one fraction is 3 consecutive terms.
Note: This rule is temporarily not in effect or is in effect with restrictions.
  • A-6 — The leader bears full responsibility for the actions of their staff.
  • A-7 — The limit for deputy leaders (the rank immediately before the leader rank) is 3 people.
  • A-8 — “Nepotism Day”: Within the first 24 hours of appointment, the leader has the right to freely distribute any ranks within the fraction (appointing deputies, heads of units, etc.).
    • A-8.1 — During this period, it is allowed to accept an unlimited number of new employees to any positions without official recruitment (rule B-7).
    • A-8.2 — On “Nepotism Day,” the leader has the right to freely demote and promote any employees in position without explanation. However, dismissing a player still requires a valid legitimate reason (RP reason).
    • A-8.3 — The leader may obtain special permission from the Curator to dismiss employees without explanation (for example, for a complete staff cleanup).
  • A-9 — It is prohibited to apply for the leader position of another fraction while currently in office.
  • A-10 — You can become the leader of the same fraction again only 30 days after removal or the last term.
Note: This rule is temporarily not in effect or is in effect with restrictions.
  • A-11 — To ensure stable operation of organizations and control over leaders, the following management hierarchy is established:
    • A-11.1 — Chain of Command:
      • A-11.1.1Fraction Manager — the highest official responsible for the overall development strategy and global reforms of all fractions on the project.
      • A-11.1.2Chief Curator (Deputy Fraction Manager) — direct assistant to the Manager. Has the authority to coordinate the work of the curator staff, as well as directly monitor the state of any fraction and participate in developing plans for their development.
      • A-11.1.3Fraction Curator — an administrator assigned to a specific organization to oversee its functioning.
    • A-11.2 — Powers and Division of Responsibility:
      • A-11.2.1Term of Office: Curators do not have a fixed term of work; their activity is aimed at long-term maintenance of order and stability.
      • A-11.2.2Leader Autonomy: The leader is the full-fledged head of their organization. They independently manage staff, distribute responsibilities, and have the right to dismiss any employee for violations.
      • A-11.1.3Role of the Curator: The Curator acts as a controlling body (overseer). Their main task is to ensure that the leader effectively manages the fraction, does not violate project rules, and does not take actions leading to the “collapse” or stagnation of the organization.
    • A-11.3 — Limits of Intervention and OOC Sanctions:
      • A-11.3.1 — The Curator does not interfere in IC processes as long as the leader and their fraction act within the rules.
      • A-11.3.2Direct Intervention (OOC Dismissal): In case of a gross violation of server rules by an employee, numerous justified complaints, or destructive behavior, the curator has the right to directly remove (dismiss/ban) that employee.
      • A-11.3.3 — Such intervention occurs without conducting IC proceedings (prosecutor’s office, courts, etc.) if the violation is obvious and requires immediate cessation to maintain order in the fraction.

B. Leader Responsibilities

  • B-1 — Ensuring compliance with server rules by all fraction members.
  • B-2 — Maintaining a minimum online presence of 5 people for 2 hours per day.
Note: This rule is temporarily not in effect or is in effect with restrictions.
  • B-3 — Maintaining overall activity and a high level of RP within the organization.
  • B-4 — Resolving intra-fraction conflicts and addressing staff problems.

C. Main Prohibitions

  • C-1 — Any Non RP actions, server rule violations, or staff transfers.
  • C-2 — Insults or provocations towards players/administration in official Discord channels and private messages.
  • C-3 — Complete disbandment of staff without the approval of the Fraction Manager is prohibited.
  • C-4 — Low daily online (less than 2 people) during the period from 17:00 to 22:00.
Note: This rule is temporarily not in effect or is in effect with restrictions.
  • C-5 — Disrupting player balance. If a fraction disrupts the balance on the server without official management permission, the leader may receive a warning/reprimand.
  • C-6 — Being inactive without leave. Leave for a leader can only be approved by the Fraction Manager; in case of prolonged inactivity without leave (more than 3 days), the leader may receive a reprimand.
  • C-7 — The organization leader is prohibited from independently annulling, modifying, or applying any disciplinary sanctions to themselves. The authority to issue and remove punishments from the leader belongs exclusively to the Fraction Curator, Chief Curator, and Fraction Manager.

D. Staff Promotion/Demotion

  • D-1 — Recruitment into government structures is only allowed at the initial (first) rank.
Exception: Official transfer or reinstatement.
  • D-2 — Reinstatement rules:
    • Proof of previous position is required.
    • Statute of limitations for reinstatement is 30 days.
    • After dismissal due to punishment according to server rules or laws — return only to the initial rank.
  • D-3 — Dismissing a player from the fraction must have a valid in-game reason.
If there is no one in the Fraction Manager position, the decision will be made by the management staff.
