B. Promotions and Reports

B-1.1 — General Criteria for Promotion

For successful career advancement within the staff, every member must meet the basic qualification standards. Any failure to meet these criteria is an automatic reason for denial of promotion.
  • Knowledge of the regulations: Mandatory flawless knowledge of the vast majority of the rules and internal regulatory documents of the project.
  • Impeccable reputation: Absence of destructive behavior, conflicts within the team, and complaints from players.
  • Disciplinary status: Complete absence of active reprimands in the staff member’s personal file.

B-1.2 — Points System and Penalties

Transition to each subsequent rank is performed based on accumulating a certain number of staff points distributed across two independent categories.
Rules for deducting points for violations:Upon receiving warnings and reprimands, accumulated points are forcibly deducted, and the staff member must earn them again. Points for disciplinary actions are deducted exclusively from the balance of the First Category.
  • A staff member’s point balance cannot drop below zero.
  • Points are not deducted for verbal warnings. However, two verbal warnings automatically convert into a full warning, which will result in a guaranteed point deduction.

B-1.3 — Categories for Earning Points

Note: This list is not final and may be refined or expanded as the internal structure of the project develops.

First Category (Core Activity)

Second Category (Organizational Activity)

B-1.4 — Documenting Activity and Reporting

Absolutely all actions performed on duty must be documented by staff in photo or video format (screenshots, screen recordings) to confirm their activity. To optimize this process, a separate forum channel was created in Discord:
Staff Reports Channel
Two key procedures take place in this channel: publishing your daily/weekly reports and creating direct promotion requests. For navigation convenience, special tags have been configured in the channel that you are required to choose when creating a new post (separately for reports by area and separately for promotions). Current and detailed instructions are always pinned in the main message of the forum.
