It is declarative and educational in nature, formulating ideology, values, and corporate culture. Its task is to establish general rules of behavior based on the concepts of honor, dignity, and professional ethics.
- A-2 — This code is mandatory for all Staff employees of the Moscow RolePlay server, including rules of interaction with players.
- A-3 — Guided by the rules of the Moscow RolePlay server, principles of equality, and common sense, this regulation defines the role of Staff as an element of the judicial system and a guarantor of law and order. Given the special nature of the relationship between Staff and players, as well as the need to regulate these relations, norms of Administrative Ethics are introduced.
- A-4 — The regulation proclaims that each Staff employee bears personal responsibility to Senior Staff for their actions and decisions. In turn, Senior Staff bears responsibility for their employees before the entire gaming community.

G. Staff Oath
It is I who represent the interests and rights of players. I act as their judge, prosecutor, and lawyer simultaneously. A ban is an extreme measure of punishment, created for the most hardened players. It is created to TEACH players who don’t listen, not to take revenge on them for hurting your feelings. Try to use verbal warnings to avoid being accused of intentionally harming the server by depriving it of adequate players.
Minimum disputes — maximum gameplay. Many of you claim that you are in staff to help the server, and even if that is true, you will help the most if you PLAY, rather than controlling everything and everyone. Allow players to sometimes break rules if most people enjoy it and it adds fun.
Be merciful. Some players break rules. Often this is due to some catalysts, like a bad day. If a person realizes their guilt — give them another chance. Within reason.
