Update V0.4.1 — 11.05.2026
We are opening a forum channel in Discord so players can freely communicate, share ideas, and participate in community life. We are also moving RP scenes to Civilian Operations — this will allow players to be closer to businesses, simplify interaction, and reduce the number of servers.
Forum
- Added the ability to create guides — publish step-by-step instructions on any topic.
- Important: only original, useful, and visual content (screenshots/videos are mandatory).
- Added “Record Book” — document your achievements. Requires evidence, honest execution, and transparent results.
- Added “Off-Topic” section — free communication on any topic with respect and no spam.
RP Scene Relocation and ProxiLink Update
- We are moving RP scenes to the Civilian Operations server and disabling the Emergency Services bot. The new server will provide more interaction opportunities and add atmosphere to RP.
- You don’t need to leave the old server — something interesting will appear there soon)
- ProxiLink has also been updated:
- Improved location detection system.
- Added transfer to the waiting channel if the player is not near you.
New Faction: FSO
- Added a new government faction — the Federal Protective Service (FSO). The main task of the unit is to ensure the complete security of the highest state officials. FSO is the main state protection agency in Russia.
- The faction is part of the Government and interacts with other law enforcement agencies.

- B-11 — Regulation of unofficial traffic police officer.
- B-11.1 — An unofficial traffic police officer is equated to the rank of Private in the hierarchy. They must unconditionally comply with the internal charter and obey the leadership not only of the traffic police, but of the entire MVD.
- B-11.2 — Unofficial officers are strictly prohibited from exceeding their legal authority. Any actions that go beyond the established MVD regulations and legislation are punishable according to server rules.
- B-11.3 — For performing official duties, an unofficial officer is allowed to use exclusively the following arsenal (from items that can deal damage; other items are also allowed):
- Pepper spray.
- Rubber baton.
- Glock 17 pistol.
- B-11.4 — It is prohibited to play as an unofficial MVD officer (traffic police) if you are already a member of any other government or criminal faction.

Note: This rule also applies to the MVD itself — you cannot be an official employee of one structure and an unofficial employee of another simultaneously.
- Exception: This restriction does not apply to employees of EMERCOM, Ministry of Health, DepTrans, Investigative Committee, Prosecutor’s Office, and Court.
- Special conditions for exceptions: When playing as an unofficial MVD officer, representatives of the above factions are strictly prohibited from:
- Using their official powers and rights obtained in their main faction (functionality, special equipment, etc.).
- Transferring (“leaking”) any official information from their main faction for unofficial activities or to third parties.
- Note: The rule remains in effect for MVD employees themselves — you cannot be both an official and unofficial employee of the same structure simultaneously. This does not apply to other unofficial factions.

A. General Rules

A-12 — An employee is prohibited from being promoted by more than one rank step within 24 hours. Violation is punishable by a reprimand to leadership and cancellation of the employee’s promotion. Example: Promotion from Captain directly to Lieutenant Colonel (skipping Major) — prohibited., as well as any promotion more frequently than once per 24 hours. Violation of these timeframes and procedures is punishable by a reprimand to leadership and cancellation of the employee’s promotion.
- Exception: Violation of established timeframes or promotion procedures is only allowed with permission from Curator / Chief Curator / Faction Manager.
- Restriction after cancellation: If an employee was demoted by a curator due to a promotion rules violation, their next legitimate promotion is strictly possible only 24 hours after that demotion.
Example: Promoting an employee twice in one day or skipping multiple ranks without approval — prohibited. If a curator cancels such a promotion, the timer for the next appointment resets to 24 hours.
B. Personnel Management

- B-11.1 — A player must fulfill the full volume of established quotas (shift/report norms) in each of their chosen factions. Failure to meet the quota in one faction due to being busy in another is not an excuse and is punished according to the internal charter.
- B-11.2 — It is prohibited to be in these factions simultaneously:
- Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and any other faction.
- Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation and any other faction.
- Court and any other faction.
- MVD and FSB.
