Update V0.2.2 — 07.04.2026
We made a minor adjustment to faction and leader rules. Updated four points related to gameplay to avoid ambiguous situations in the future.
- Added prefixes to the faction table.
- Updated rule A-8 of leader rules:
- A-8 — “Nepotism Day”: within the first 24 hours of their term, a leader can assign any ranks (e.g., changing unit leaders or deputies). Within the first 24 hours from the moment of appointment to the post, the leader has the right to freely distribute any ranks within the faction (appointing deputies, unit heads, etc.).
- A-8.1 — During this period, it is allowed to accept an unlimited number of new employees to any positions without official acceptance (rule B-7 ).
- A-8.2 — For standard dismissal or demotion of a player, a valid legal reason is still required (RP component (B-7)).
- A-8.3 — On “Nepotism Day,” a leader can receive special permission from the Curator of the organization to dismiss employees without explaining legal reasons (e.g., for a complete roster clearance for a new team).
- Updated rule B-6:
- B-6 — Grounds for promotion: successful completion of probation period, positive assessment/exam passing, no disciplinary actions, special merits, Management decision. Promotion is awarded exclusively for justified professional achievements (successful completion of probation period, assessment, exam passing, or special merits confirmed by results); while formal “management decision” is not an independent reason for advancement without a specific employee contribution, and having a ban completely excludes the possibility of promotion.
- Updated rule B-7:
- B-7 — Grounds for demotion/dismissal: disciplinary violations, systematic non-performance of duties, misconduct, voluntary resignation, Management decision. Any forced demotion or dismissal must have a clear legal game reason, confirmed by evidence.
- B-7.1 — An employee has the right to leave the faction voluntarily. In this case, dismissal is recorded without the need to provide evidence of violations.
- B-7.2 — In case of a serious violation of server rules or inadequate behavior by a player, removal from position can be carried out by decision of Management or Curator of the faction (regardless of the presence of game reasons).
- B-7 — Grounds for demotion/dismissal: disciplinary violations, systematic non-performance of duties, misconduct, voluntary resignation, Management decision. Any forced demotion or dismissal must have a clear legal game reason, confirmed by evidence.
