From this day forward, order in the city is maintained not only by patrols, but also by the letter of the law. Key supervisory bodies are entering the game:

• Judicial System — now any dispute or violation is resolved exclusively within the legal framework.
• Investigative Committee (IC) — investigation of the most complex and high-profile criminal cases.
• Prosecutor’s Office — strict supervision of the legality of actions of all government structures.

Reminder:

These bodies (including FSB) exercise supervision, but do not command other factions.

• Prosecutor’s Office and IC have the right to conduct inspections of FSB and other factions.
• FSB’s “M” Directorate can conduct anti-corruption investigations against prosecutor’s office employees and other factions.
• Interference in the internal management of other factions is strictly limited by the rules.

• Added rule B-2.1:
  • B-2.1 — Admission to the Government (Investigative Committee, Prosecutor’s Office, Court, and others) is carried out strictly in coordination with Management. The check is mainly conducted by the Faction Manager or their deputies, however in certain cases this may be done by another Management representative.
• Added rules C-5, C-6, C-6.1, C-6.2, C-6.3:
  • C-5 — All planned prosecutor’s office inspections must be pre-coordinated with the Faction Manager.
  • C-6 — Management Participation in the RP Process
    • C-6.1 — Management representatives who did not personally participate in a specific trial, investigation, or inspection have the right to annul any decisions made or their results if violations are identified.
    • C-6.2 — If a Management representative personally participated in the process, the decision on its review or cancellation is made exclusively by Senior Management (Owner and Co-Owners).
    • C-6.3 — The verdict of Senior Management is final and not subject to appeal.
• Added rule F-4:
  • F-4 — In addition to project Management, the Prosecutor’s Office has the right to conduct inspections of government and private structures. Regarding private organizations (businesses), employees of the Mayor’s Office are also empowered to carry out inspection activities.
• Added section “K. Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation”:
  • K-1 — Status and general tasks:
    • K-1.1 — The Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation conducts planned and unscheduled inspections of organizations, acts as the state prosecutor in court, and resolves disputes between government bodies.
    • K-1.2 — Activities are based on the Federal Law “On the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation,” the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, internal regulations, and other laws of the Russian Federation.
  • K-2 — The Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation has the right to carry out supervisory activities over government factions and private organizations. The department has full authority to control the activities of organizations (both internal and external).
• Added section “L. IC (Investigative Committee)”:
  • L-1 — Status and general tasks:
    • L-1.1 — The Investigative Committee conducts investigative activities to identify suspects, conduct interrogations, and solve crimes.
    • L-1.2 — Activities are based on the Federal Law “On the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation,” the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, internal regulations, and other laws of the Russian Federation.
  • L-2 — IC employees at a crime scene have special powers and have the right to call MVD employees. Criminal Investigation Department employees working on the case come under the supervision of the IC investigator for operational-search activities, apprehension, and delivery of the suspect for interrogation.
• Added section “M. Court of the Russian Federation”:
  • M-1 — Status and general tasks:
    • M-1.1 — The Court of the Russian Federation administers justice to ensure the country’s security by conducting court hearings and issuing rulings, decisions, and other regulatory legal acts.
    • M-1.2 — Activities are based on the Federal Constitutional Law “On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation,” the Federal Law “On the Status of Judges in the Russian Federation,” the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, and other legal acts.
  • M-2 — Court decisions and rulings are binding for execution by all government factions and officials. The Court acts as the highest instance in resolving legal disputes and determining the measure of responsibility within the framework of Russian legislation.

Terms of Office for the Government:

Working in the highest supervisory bodies requires stability and deep immersion. In this regard:

• The term of office for leaders (Prosecutor’s Office, Investigative Committee, Court) is 45 days (max. 3 consecutive terms).
• We are looking for people ready for long-term development of their departments and creating a quality RP process.

Important: Selection will take place in two stages: review of written applications and subsequent candidate interviews. We will evaluate not only knowledge of the rules, but also your understanding of the legislative framework.
