# Promotion Team Regulations

The Promotion Team Regulations define the authority, duties, ethical rules, reporting system, and disciplinary measures for the PR Management, promotion staff, and media partners of the Moscow RolePlay project.

* **A-1 — Promotion Team Balance**
  * **A-1.1 — Authority and Status of Media Partners:**
    * The PR Leader is required to issue helper status (`:helper (nickname)`) in-game to a media partner. Moderator status is issued exclusively with the permission of the Community Manager.
    * Management has the right to limit a Media Partner's access to helper status (`:helper` / Freecam) if they abuse it. *For example: Issuing it only during filming, and then removing it.*
    * Permission from management is only required for large-scale filming. In all other cases, a media partner may join any faction without coordination, simply by specifying the prefix `MEDIA`.
  * **A-1.2 — Regulations for PR Management:**
    * The PR Leader / PR Assistant have no right to use moderator privileges for personal purposes.
    * The PR Leader / PR Assistant have no right to interfere in an RP scene to issue a verbal warning or warn a media partner.
    * The PR Assistant is granted moderation privileges (`:mod nickname`) in-game, and they also have no right to use these powers for personal purposes.
    * The PR Team Lead has the right to obtain permission from the Community Manager to host unscheduled events (e.g., if activity has dropped).
  * **A-1.3 — Duties and Ethics of Staff:**
    * Every member of the team is the face of the Moscow RolePlay project. Everything you create or promote reflects the server's image.
    * The promotion team is required to maintain proper grammar and be polite everywhere.
    * Publicly criticizing decisions of management or other team members is prohibited.
    * The promotion team can speak directly with the PR Team Lead in direct messages.
  * **A-1.4 — Internal Discipline and Resources:**
    * Scheduled activity: be online/contactable, complete tasks on time, participate in server life.
    * Maintain confidentiality: do not disclose internal documents, strategic plans, and other server information.
    * It is prohibited to use server resources for personal purposes (materials, budgets, audiences).
    * It is prohibited to publish content with server rule violations. Media partners must ensure that their materials do not contain indications of rule violations.
      * **EXCEPTION:** Minor violations OR Permission from the Community Manager / PR Leader.
  * **A-1.5 — Violation of Promotion Team Regulations:**
    * Violation of any point of these regulations entails disciplinary actions, up to removal from office and revocation of media partner status.
* **A-2 — Duties of the Promotion Team**
  * **A-2.1 — Legal Norms and Timeliness:**
    * Compliance with legal norms: respect for copyright, use of licenses, using other people's materials only with permission or with mandatory attribution.
    * Submitting work in advance with mandatory proofreading and editing.
    * Coordinating advertising creatives and texts with the promotion team and management before launch.
  * **A-2.2 — Material Creation and Strategy:**
    * Preparing texts, visuals, videos, and other materials that match the server style and general quality standards (spelling, grammar, factual accuracy).
    * Creating and implementing strategies for promoting content and the Moscow RolePlay server, including advertising.
    * Do not use false information, prohibited promotion methods, stealth advertising without labeling, rating manipulation, etc.
* **A-3 — Reporting and Recording of Actions**
  * **A-3.1 — Reporting Format (Media and Events):**
    * A simplified format for recording results is used to assess performance. This is necessary for management to understand which content resonated best with the audience.
    * **For media:** Link to stream/video + key metrics (views/reach).
    * **For events:** Short summary (how many people attended, did the event go according to plan).
* **A-4 — Filming Violations Regulations**
  * **A-4.1 — Rules for Recording and Handling Bans:**
    * Suspend a ban during scheduled filming (filming must be planned in the schedule). Restore the media partner's ban after filming ends (the ban is lifted only if the violation was of minor rules).
    * Set reviewing complaints in tickets against media partners exclusively to the media team lead/assistant or manager.
    * The PR Leader is required to record all filming violations or violations at events (screenshots/video).
* **A-5 — Issuing Penalties to Promotion Team Staff**
  * **A-5.1 — Management Authority:**
    * In case of gross violation, the PR Leader / PR Assistant / Community Manager has the right to issue a reprimand.
  * **A-5.2 — Disciplinary Measures:**
    * Upon receiving 3 reprimands, the staff member is terminated.
