Major release of the Department Oversight bot and documentation update: a new shift tracking system, leaves and reduced activity, unified management and discipline panels, in-Discord setup, and bilingual support. Includes a dedicated bot guide section and a ClueControl M migration manual.

## Server Voting Role & Rewards
### New “Voter” Role * Voting for the server on [Top.gg](https://vote.erlcrp.ru/mrp/topgg) and [Melonly](https://vote.erlcrp.ru/mrp/melonly) automatically awards a special role with perks. *** ### Role Perks * Ability to send **GIF animations** in general chat and bot-command channels. * Permissions to create **polls** in community chat. *** ### Platform Integration * Player reviews and votes are now tracked and published in a dedicated channel from [Melonly](https://vote.erlcrp.ru/mrp/melonly), [Top.gg](https://vote.erlcrp.ru/mrp/topgg), and [AdERLC](https://vote.erlcrp.ru/mrp/aderlc). ***
## Department Oversight Bot Update
### Shift Tracking System — `/shift` * **Personal Panel:** `/shift manage` opens an interactive card with real-time status and **Start**, **Break**, **End** action buttons. * **Shift Types Support:** Select shift type upon start (with dedicated duty roles, log channels, and prefixes). * **Break Tracking:** Time spent on break is automatically excluded from total duty hours. * **Statistics and Quotas:** `/shift time` displays total hours, average duration, and quota completion based on individual role quotas. * **Leaderboards and Reports:** `/shift leaderboard` with top-3 medals and text file export, `/shift history @user`, and `/shift activity` across any period with leave and reduced activity markers. * **Administration:** `/shift admin @user` — force start/end shifts, adjust time manually (“1h 30m”), void shifts, and clear logs. * **Staff Limits:** Configurable maximum number of concurrent on-duty staff members. *** ### Leaves and Reduced Activity * **Submitting Applications:** `/loa submit` and `/ra submit` commands with selectable durations (from 1 to 90 days) and reason inputs. * **In-Discord Review:** Application cards with member history arrive in the management channel with **Approve** / **Deny** buttons (denial reason mandatory). * **Automated Role Management:** Leave and reduced activity roles are granted upon approval and automatically removed every 5 minutes upon expiration; DM notifications sent. * **Shift Integration:** Starting shifts is blocked during leaves; time quotas are reduced to 50% during reduced activity status. * **Management:** `/loa admin` and `/ra admin` commands for manual role grants, extensions, and early terminations. *** ### Direct Message Consent — `/consent` * Toggle for receiving direct messages from the bot (shift summaries, disciplinary notifications, and personnel orders). *** ### Unified Personnel Management Panel — `/manage` * Interactive `/manage @member` profile replacing disparate commands: * **Hire** into a department with rank and prefix selection; * **Promote / Demote** with recorded reasons; * **Transfer** between divisions or factions; * **Dismiss** (regular discharge or blacklist with custom/permanent duration); * **Prefix Management** and early blacklist revocations. * Automatic order numbering (№00000001), logging to designated channels, and DM delivery to the affected member. *** ### Disciplinary System and Suspensions — `/punishment` * Unified `/punishment @member` panel for disciplinary enforcement. * **Escalation Tiers:** Configurable violation types linked to escalation tier roles (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3...). * **Automation:** Rules such as “3 warnings → 1 reprimand for 1 month”. * **Auto-Removal:** Punishment roles are automatically stripped upon expiration. * **Suspensions:** Assigning suspension role, sending explanatory statement forms via DM (48h deadline, text + up to 5 files), and forwarding statements to the designated review channel. *** ### Full In-Discord Configuration — `/configure` * Interactive configuration panel with 13 modular sections: 1. **Language** — Russian or English server-wide; 2. **Access Permissions** — Config Roles and Allowed Roles; 3. **Rank System** — departments, ranks, dismissal types, blacklists, forbidden roles; 4. **Punishments** — types, tiers, automation, and suspensions; 5. **Log Channels** — up to 25 audit channels and channel movement tracking; 6. **Google Forms** — integration and channel routing for submissions; 7. **Global Ban** — partner server network integration; 8. **Announcements** — department channels for broadcast networks; 9. **Modcalls** — dispatch channel, duty moderator roles, and backup role; 10. **Tickets** — categories, support roles, panel builder; 11. **Shifts** — types, prefixes, quotas, limits; 12. **Leaves** — channel and leave roles; 13. **Reduced Activity** — channel and RA roles. *** ### Data Cleanup — `/server manage` * Secure reset panel: shift history, leaves, reduced activity, ranks, and departments. * Protected by typing the confirmation phrase `I AM READY TO DELETE DATA` (or `Я ГОТОВ УДАЛИТЬ ДАННЫЕ`) and properly concluding active shifts. *** ### Emergency Moderation Calls — Modcalls * `/mod reason` from Discord and `:mod reason` directly inside ER:LC Roblox chat. * Alerts sent to hub server, claim button, and automatic moderator teleportation to the player in Roblox. * `/modcall` admin panel with Discord/Roblox blacklists and global call locks. *** ### Global Ban and Announcements * **Global Ban:** `/global-ban` and `/global-unban` across all linked network servers simultaneously. * **Mass Announcements:** `/announcement for departments` with image URL and role ping support. * **Bilingual Support:** Complete localization in Russian and English. *** ### Custom Bot Development for Factions * You can now develop and deploy custom bots for your faction to extend existing capabilities and introduce unique mechanics. * Source code, templates, and developer documentation are available in the official [Custom Bots](https://link.erlcrussia.xyz/custom-bots) repository.
